The Lava series introduces a more graphic and gestural intervention through flowing black surfaces interrupted by exposed bands of raw ceramic. The dynamic movement of the glaze recalls volcanic flows and spontaneous painterly marks, while the sculptural forms preserve their reduced and cut-out character. The result is a collection of objects suspended between ritual artifact, drawing, and abstract landscape.
